Charles, a retiree, gets a new lease of life when he answers an ad for a private investigator and becomes a mole in an undercover investigation at a nursing home. Based on the Chilean documentary "El Agente Topo". Secret Agent in a Nursing Home (2020) remake. I’m not a fan of binge eating, but we smashed the entire season on the first night. It has the right combination of warm, funny, sad and a plot that keeps you involved, of course it’s great Stephanie Beatrice (Diaz in ’99) is great and her character is someone you’d want to spend all your time with. It’s set in San Francisco, which of course helps my rating, but above all, while it’s very sad at times, it’s a comedy and gives you hope for the future as we all get a little older for me, one for all ages and who you know, hopefully another season.
